Halloween & Ty's 4 year Bday

The kids had a great time on Halloween. Madison ended up having a hard time trick-or-treating, so after a few houses, Daddy dropped her off at home. Maddie and I sat on the porch handing out candy so Luna wouldn't bark like crazy whenever the doorbell rang. What's really funny is that one of the older kids stopped by to get candy and said, "Oh, there's the little girl who had her Daddy trick-or-treat for her!" Apparently, Maddie would wait on the sidewalk while Joel went to the front door and got the candy. Tyler had a great birthday as well! Thanks again to everyone who sent gifts!

Pre-Halloween 2006

Happy Halloween! Here are some Pre-Halloween 06 pics. Tyler's on the front steps after helping me decorate (in his Buzz Lightyear Costume). We attended the Neighborhood Halloween Parade in our costumes. As you see, Tyler was Harry Potter & Maddie was a fairy princess. They had games, music and treats for the kids after we participated in a parade through the neighborhood. We had a blast! Finally here's a picture of Tyler marching in his school Halloween parade. Maddie was too shy to march, so she sat on my lap while we watched the big kids march. Afterwards, they had parties also.

Mall Park

When it was cold, I would take the kids to this indoor park at one of the Durham Malls. As you can see the kids love playing there!
